21 years ago, on January 24th 1998, Gery Wilkowski left Battelle to start what officially became Engineering Mechanics Corporation of Columbus (Emc2) a few month later.
With the start of the new year we are happy to count 25 full and part-time staff members in the company, with a total of more than 225 years of experience with Emc2 (in addition to their prior experience).
We believe that this high average tenure at Emc2 (9 years per employee) is a good reflection of one of Emc2 core values to consider each employee with equal respect and dignity and value them as important individuals in our team. This in return offers our clients continuity in relationships to better understand their needs and provide them with consistent high-quality work.
We are looking forward for the years to come as we continue to grow and improve.
